The Bethany Group Shows Appreciation for Volunteers
Posted on April 9, 2014
The Bethany Group has over 180 active volunteers in its Camrose lodges, DSL, Continuing Care and Rosehaven sites who provide an important service to our residents and their life at Bethany.
Volunteers do a variety of activities, including music programs (hymn sing, playing instruments, etc.), portering to and from functions, hairdressing and church, one on one visits, playing cards, reading, feeding, etc.
To show its appreciation for their dedication and hard work, the organization held a lunch for Camrose volunteers, featuring a thank you song performed by staff members. Around 100 volunteers attended.
Volunteers outside Camrose were also recognized by our facilities in a variety of ways. Thank you to all our volunteers.
