The building is a four-storey residence on a 2.26 acre site in the Camrose Stoney Creek area. Offering 70 apartments from one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den to two-bedrooms, Brookside is a smoke and pet-free environment.

Common areas include a lounge, outdoor space (including covered patio), and dining facilities that all residents are encouraged to visit.

Monthly fees are paid by residents to cover property taxes and operating costs for underground parking, maintenance, utilities (heat, water, electricity, sewer, and garbage removal), yard care, snow removal, janitorial services, and expenses associated with management. These fees are based on the size of the unit.

Meal and Housekeeping packages available as an optional service for an additional fee.

  • Monday through Friday (noon meal service) $205 per month.
  • Housekeeping (all products supplied) $30 per hour.
